Delivery & Returns


We only deliver to addresses located within our predefined coverage areas. Please note we are not able to deliver to addresses added within the delivery instructions or where a street address does not exist in the delivery suburb chosen.

Our range of suburbs currently covered are as a result of customer demand and logistical/commercial capability to offer outstanding service at a reasonable price. We are always looking to expand so if we do not deliver to your area and you would like us to, please let us know so that we can investigate the possibility.

Your order is carefully packed prior to being dispatched for delivery to you. Our delivery person will arrive at your address within the confirmed delivery time. Your goods will be delivered to your front door subject to accessibility. You may request that the goods be delivered inside your premises or appropriate area if you are a business. Please ensure that you check the delivery contents against the invoice.


When your order is delivered, please make sure that you are satisfied with everything. If you are unsatisfied with any item, you can give it to the delivery driver to mark on the invoice and return to us.
